Friko at Vera Project: Artist Background
Friko is a Chicago indie-rock band known for energetic performances and a sound that draws on melodic rock and alternative influences. The group's releases include the album Where we've been, Where we go from here, which helped introduce its songwriting to a wider audience. Friko's live appeal comes from the contrast between expressive vocals, dynamic guitar work, and quieter passages that build into louder arrangements.
